Erdogan to visit Ukraine

Ukraine is preparing for the visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Ukrainian Ambassador to Türkiye Nariman Celal said in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

Report informs that the key topic of the visit may be the ratification of the free trade agreement between the countries. According to Celal, the Ukrainian side is currently actively working on organizing the visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Ukraine.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy conveyed a personal invitation to Erdogan, and, as the diplomat noted, he himself confirmed this invitation during a recent meeting with the Turkish leader.

"This visit requires significant efforts, since there are many issues that hinder its implementation," Celal said.
