Erdogan to make ‘gratitude visits’ to Turkish regions

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will start a tour of the country’s regions on July 8, Report informs referring to the Sabah newspaper.
He will first visit provinces in the northeast of the country.
“President Recep Tayyip Erdogan begins his ‘visits of gratitude’ to the country’s regions after the elections. On July 8, he will visit Bayburt and Gumushane for the first time, where he received a record number of votes in the elections on May 14 and 28,” reads the report.
Erdogan is expected to attend the opening ceremony of a number of public buildings in Bayburt.
