Erdogan talks on sanctions against Russia

“In terms of sanctions, we’re evaluating certain UN lines. But let’s not forget that we can’t put aside our relationship with Russia,” Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, Report informs.
“That’s because today we buy about half of the natural gas consumed in the country from Russia. Firstly, I cannot leave my people to freeze. Secondly, I cannot completely discard our industry. We are a state, we have 85 million people. We are fulfilling all our tasks. So far, we have sent about 56 trucks with humanitarian aid for Ukrainians,” the president said.
