Erdogan speaks of operations held in north of Iraq and Syria

Turkiye has given the adequate response to everyone who poses a threat to the country and will continue to do so, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said regarding the anti-terrorist operations in north of Iraq and Syria, Report informs via Turkish media.

Reminding that terrorists still remain in the south of the country, the President of Turkiye said that they are present both on the Iraqi and Syrian sides: "Of course, the idea that 'we can come suddenly one night' did not appear all of a sudden. The necessary steps are taken at the right time, and the operation launched recently is a manifestation of this."

Erdogan stressed that the destruction of terrorists is the main priority of Turkish security agencies.
