Erdogan announces what he will do if he is re-elected

“Our priority in the next presidential period is to eliminate the consequences of the earthquake that occurred on February 6, and to restore the destroyed cities,” the President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said at the ceremony of presenting the election platform of the Justice and Development Party and the candidates for parliament to the public, Report informs.

According to him, the safety of life and property of citizens is the most important point for the government: “We will try to make our cities more prepared against natural disasters.”

Erdogan said that Türkiye will continue the fight against terrorism in the future: “We will strengthen your legal state system. We will not turn a blind eye to the interference of terrorist organizations in politics. We will give our students 10 GB of free internet per month. We will prevent the impoverishment of our population. We will allocate additional investment in tourism.”

The presidential and parliamentary elections will be held on May 14.
