Erdogan: Ankara ready to accept negotiations regarding Russia-Ukraine

A telephone conversation took place between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, according to the Presidency of Türkiye, Report informs.
Erdogan welcomed Putin's statement regarding the resumption of Russia-Ukraine negotiations in Istanbul.
The Turkish leader stated that the necessary conditions will be created for a comprehensive ceasefire in the Russia-Ukraine peace negotiations.
During the conversation, bilateral relations between Türkiye and Russia, as well as regional and global issues were discussed.
