Emergency declared in Kazakhstan capital

An emergency has been declared in the capital of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan, Report informs, citing RIA Novosti.
The decision will be effective on January 5 to 19.
During the state of emergency, entry and exit from the city will be restricted, gatherings will be prohibited, and weapons will be confiscated from individuals.
