Emergency blackouts introduced in several Ukrainian regions

Emergency blackouts were introduced in Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, and Odesa Oblasts of Ukraine, Report informs, citing the Ukrainian energy holding DTEK.
Emergency blackouts have been applied in Kyiv, Odesa and Dnepropetrovsk since January 15.
Earlier it was reported that three regional energy distribution companies in Ukraine were fined for failing to comply with power outage schedules.
Since October 10, 2022, the Russian Armed Forces have been attacking energy facilities in Ukraine.
