Russia reopens universities

Starting from February 8, full-time education will be restored in Russian universities.
Report informs that, Education and Science Minister Valery Falkov has signed an order in this regard.
According to the order, universities are instructed to be ready to take restrictive measures again in case of aggravation of the epidemiological situation.
