Dutch PM arrives in Kyiv

On February 17, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, is in Ukraine on a working visit, NOS said, Report informs.
He visited the Wall of Remembrance in the Ukrainian capital this morning, where he laid a wreath. A meeting with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy is scheduled for later today.
