Negotiations between the delegations of the foreign ministries of Russia, Türkiye and Iran have started in Moscow as part of preparations for the meeting of the foreign ministers, Report informs referring to the Russian media.
On April 3, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu confirmed that talks are planned in Moscow between the deputy foreign ministers of Russia, Iran, Türkiye and Syria on April 3-4.
