Defense ministry: Ukraine’s Kherson under control of Russian military

The Russian armed forces took control of Ukraine’s Kherson, official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry Igor Konashenkov said, Report informs referring to RIA Novosti.

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Kherson is completely encircled by the Russian military, there were explosions, shots at night, the Security Service building was on fire, the city is working on information and humanitarian issues, reads a message of the Kherson Regional State Administration in the Telegram channel.

“You all know that the city is completely surrounded by the enemy. At night, many shots and explosions were heard, the Security Service building was on fire. The invaders also looted many pharmacies and shops. Now we are working on information, humanitarian issues, in particular, the restoration of water and electricity in the city.”
