Defense minister of Ukraine warns Russia

Ukraine is preparing for a new offensive in the Black Sea, Defense Minister of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov told a briefing, Report informs, citing Unian.

He warned Russia that an incident similar to the sinking of the Moskva cruiser could be repeated: “We offer a new surprise to the other party. We are just waiting for the right moment.”
