Contract soldier commits suicide in Armenia

Contract serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces Artak Avalyan has committed suicide, Report informs referring to Zhoghovurd newspaper.

According to the preliminary version, the serviceman committed suicide due to a vulnerable social position and accumulated debts.

His body with a gunshot wound was found on May 7 on the territory of one of the military units.
