Combat operations resume after Easter ceasefire, Putin says

The combat operations between Russia and Ukraine resumed after the Easter ceasefire came to an end, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
According to Report, he also emphasized the need to address Ukraine's proposal not to target civilian objects.
