Britain allocates financial assistance to Ukraine to investigate Russian war crimes

The UK government has announced about £2.5m ($2.98m) in aid for Ukraine. The funds will be used to investigate Russia's war crimes, Report informs, citing RBC-Ukraine.

This issue will be dealt with by the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.

UK Ambassador to Ukraine Melinda Simmons said the testimonies of the crimes committed by Russian forces in Ukraine and the firsthand stories from those who survived would stay with her forever.
