Borrell publishes photo from bomb shelter in Kyiv

The head of the EU foreign policy service, Josep Borrell, who is on a visit to Ukraine, has published a photo from a bomb shelter in Kyiv, Report informs.

"Starting my morning in the shelter as air alarms are sounding across Kyiv. This is the daily reality of the brave Ukrainian people, since Russia launched its illegal aggression,” he wrote on X.

Before arriving in the capital of Ukraine, he called on EU member states to refuse to supply their weapons to third countries in order to provide Kyiv with equipment and ammunition. According to Borrell, these powers can do without relevant supplies for some time, since they are not fighting.
