Birth rate in Armenia down in January-October 2022

The birth rates in Armenia in January-October of this year decreased by 1.4% compared to the corresponding period last year, Report informs, citing the National Statistical Committee of Armenia.

A total of 22,906 babies were born In the first ten months of this year; in 2021, this figure was 30,320. In all, 369 stillborn babies were born this year. 22,579 people died in Armenia in January-October.
