Azerbaijani diaspora activist abducted in Ukraine

An Azerbaijani businessman and prominent member of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Odesa has been abducted.
According to Report's Eastern European bureau, Vugar Osmanov, born in 1972, has been missing since April 16.
An investigation conducted by local police using surveillance footage revealed that unknown individuals seized Osmanov as he was leaving a public dining establishment, forced him into a vehicle, and drove off in an unknown direction.
There has been no contact with Osmanov since the incident. Local police have not provided any information to his family at this time.
Vugar Osmanov is a Ukrainian citizen and an active member of the Azerbaijani community in Odesa.
