An armored personnel carrier with Russian servicemen has been spotted at the Georgian checkpoint Upper Lars on the Russian side of the border, Report informs with reference to Novosti-Georgia.
Panic does not subside in the queue for entry into Georgia since people are afraid that men subject to mobilization won't be allowed to cross the border.
The appearance of the military may be linked to the desire of local authorities to ‘put things in order’ in the border area, the Georgian website reports.
