Armenian sappers start demining work in village of Ashagi Askipara

In the village of Ashagi Askipara (Voskepar), Armenian sappers have started demining in the areas adjacent to the Church of St. Mary in order to further clarify the borders, Report informs via Sputnik Armenia.

As a result of the delimitation with Azerbaijan, the new border will pass near the church, which will remain under the control of the Armenian side. At present, 20-25 sappers are reported to be working there.
