“We have to be able to distinguish politics and diplomacy from populism and public speaking, which we do not do, and mix everything up,” Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan said in his response to the “Karabakh can’t be a part of Azerbaijan” demand of the opposition, Report informs, citing Novosti Armenia.
“We have to be realistic. When you say it you lose the right to manoeuvre,” he stressed.
Noting that he was open to dialogue with the opposition, Khachaturyan said that the current "Resistance Movement" of the opposition cannot be compared with the "Karabakh Movement" in 1988.
