There are three main principles for a peace agreement with Azerbaijan, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at a press conference, Report informs.
The minister noted that Armenia and Azerbaijan should recognize each other's territorial integrity unconditionally: "The border should be determined based on maps created by the competent authorities of the USSR and with a solid legal basis. The most recent maps that comply with that are those from 1974–78. Also, communication lines should be opened based on the principles of sovereignty."
