Armenian FM upbeat on peace prospects with Azerbaijan

Armenia currently has the opportunity to achieve lasting peace with Azerbaijan, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan told Anadolu agency, Report informs.
Mirzoyan highlighted the current opportunity for Armenia to forge a comprehensive peace agreement with Azerbaijan.
Emphasizing the universal desire for tranquility, Mirzoyan stated, “Our peoples, like all peoples around the globe, are deserving of peace and none of us is doomed to eternal enmity.”
While a date for the next meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov is yet to be scheduled, Mirzoyan affirmed that ongoing communication between the parties persists.
