Armenian FM not attend CSTO meetings in Belarus

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not attend the CSTO meetings on November 22-23 in Minsk, Report informs, citing the the Armenian Foreign Ministry.
“During a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Sergei Aleynik, an exchange of views took place on the Armenian-Belarusian agenda. Issues related to the activities of the CSTO were raised. Ararat Mirzoyan noted that he would not be able to take part in the joint meeting of the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers and the Committee of Secretaries of the Security Council, scheduled for November 22 in Minsk,” the Armenian ministry said in a statement.
