Armenian ex-defense minister interrogated regarding 44-day war

Former Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan is being interrogated by the commission established in the country's parliament to study the conditions of the 44-day war.
Report informs, citing the Armenian media, that he is currently answering questions.
Tonoyan said no one could predict the start of military operations in 2020 and added that the situation was considered dangerous before the 44-day war.
He added that until September 27, 2020, all necessary measures had been taken to increase the combat capability of the Armenian armed forces.
