Armenian Armed Forces conduct strategic command and staff exercises

The Armenian Armed Forces are conducting strategic command and staff exercises, Report informs, citing the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

The purpose of the exercises is to test the practical implementation of deployment plans and combat deployment of the Armed Forces, to study the combat (control) capabilities of the involved forces, assets and command and control bodies, as well as to increase the coherence of interaction between the headquarters of various military units and subunits, and the skills of officers in preparing and conducting combat operations.

Live firing will be carried out using automatic control systems and modern equipment.
