Armenia arrests former police chief

Former police chief Vardan Minasyan has been arrested in Armenia, News.am reports with reference to the Anti-Corruption Committee, Report says.
He, along with a head of a unit subordinate to him, is being accused of embezzling and laundering large sums of money.
Vardan Minasyan worked as the head of the State Security Main Department under the Police in 2015-2016.
