Arestovich vows counteroffensive of Ukrainian armed forces on Mariupol

Oleksii Arestovich, the adviser to the head of the President's Office, assures that there will definitely be a counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Mariupol. Report informs citing local media that, according to him, the work is underway to this end and there is hope for the liberation of the city.

"Unlike those who hope, we are also working very closely on this issue. We do not need dead heroes; we need everyone alive and those who are not alive are buried with military honors as people who performed an incredible feat. We are doing everything to take them away from there by all means. But there is an objective reality," he said.

"The counteroffensive will be 101%, I'm sure. The question is when, with what forces, and where. Because it will be decided by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine proceeding from the amount of information that none of us possess. He makes a decision.
