Archbishop Bagrat: Armenia and Russia need new and comprehensive dialogue

Armenian-Russian relations are significantly damaged now and the countries need a new and comprehensive dialogue, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the leader of the Tavush for the Motherland protest movement, told foreign press, Report informs via Sputnik-Armenia.

According to him, this dialogue should be based on existing agreements:

“Of course, there are many questions for the Russian side, but there are legal and contractual relations that need to be normalized. Our relations require dialogue and mutual understanding. At this stage, we are in a state of absence of those relations. There are many problems, but we must be ready to resolve all these issues at the level of mutual understanding and comprehensive dialogue.”
