Fallen aircraft listed on Armenian Defense Ministry's balance sheet

The fallen Yak-52 aircraft was a training plane and was on the balance sheet of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, according to Aram Torosyan, the ministry's spokesperson, Report informs via Sputnik-Armenia.
"I confirm that the crashed plane was a training aircraft. The Ministry of Defense expresses condolences to the family members, relatives, and fellow servicemen of the deceased pilots," he said.

A Yak-2 plane crashed near Yeghvard town in the Kotayk province of Armenia, according to the country’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, Report informs via Sputnik-Armenia.
Two people lost their lives in the accident.
Emergency response teams were dispatched to the crash site.
