American cleric accused of spying in Turkey released

Baku. 12 October. REPORT.AZ/ Andrew Branson,  US cleric accused of spying in Turkey, has been released.

Report informs citing Haberler that the court issued a verdict to sentence him for 3 years, 1 month and 15 days in prison.

This period was deduced from his imprisonment term and Andrew Branson was released in the courtroom.

The court also abolished the decision which prohibited him to leave Turkey.
