Alen Simonyan refuses to take part in IPA CIS’s meeting

Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan refused to participate in the meeting of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS), said the press service of the Armenian parliament, Report informs via Sputnik-Armenia.
Simonyan will not participate in the meeting to be held on July 12 in St. Petersburg.
