Air pollution in Tehran causes 3,751 deaths in one year

Air pollution in Tehran, the capital of Iran, killed 3,751 people last year, Head of Department of Air Health and Climate Change, Ministry of Health of Iran, Dr. Abbas Shahsuni told ISNA agency, Report informs, citing Anadolu Agency.
Shahsuni said that this problem occurs every year and that the law on clean air is not implemented.
He stated that old and diesel cars, motorcycles, and other fuels are among their priorities and cause air pollution the most.
