548 Azerbaijani citizens evacuated from Russia

Under the agreement between Azerbaijan and Russia, 548 Azerbaijani citizens were evacuated to the country amid the travel restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
For this purpose, a corridor was created between Russia's Yaraq-Qazmalar and Azerbaijan's Samur checkpoints, the administration of Dagestan's Mahammadkend district told TASS.
"The evacuation took place on the night of April 20," said the district administration.
