31 people suffer in Istanbul flooding

A total of 31 people have suffered in flooding in Istanbul, with eight of them undergoing treatment, Report informs via TRT.
Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said three people went missing as the floods hit the Kirklareli city today. Some 700 people were involved in the search and rescue operations.
