153 children killed since beginning of Russia’s full-scale hostilities in Ukraine

Since the beginning of full-scale hostilities of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, 153 children have been killed, 245 have been injured, Report informs referring to Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Office.

“About 400 children have suffered in Ukraine since the beginning of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. Of these, 153 were killed and more than 245 were injured," the report says.

Work continues to establish all the data on the affected children in the places of active hostilities and in the territories temporarily seized by Russia, in particular, in the city of Mariupol, in certain territories of the Kyiv, Chernihiv and Luhansk regions.

Some 859 educational institutions in Ukraine were damaged due to bombing and shelling, and 83 of them were completely destroyed.
