White House: US economy recovering after record inflation

US red-hot economy is starting to cool, White House economic adviser Cecilia Rouse said.

Report informs, citing CNN, that, according to Rouse, the United States are better positioned than 'most other countries for the Fed to achieve its goals.'

Rouse pointed to data from last month that employers are posting fewer job openings and the housing market is tapering off.

On when the inflation will start to decline, Rouse said, “Many parts of the bill will start to take effect next year.”
