Washington asks Ukraine for help in creating drones for US army

US startups and Ukrainian drone manufacturers are teaming up to develop more efficient drones for the US Army, The Wall Street Journal noted, Report informs.
According to the newspaper, the Pentagon is showing a growing interest in Ukrainian technologies. The Wall Street Journal emphasized that American start-ups, which have spent billions of dollars, have encountered difficulties in creating effective and inexpensive drones. Meanwhile, Ukrainian manufacturers produced more than two million units in 2023.
The newspaper also pointed out that cooperation between the US and Ukraine in the field of drone development is likely to continue despite talks on a potential peace settlement in Ukraine.
