Volodymyr Zelensky presents Ukraine's transformation plan

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has presented a plan for Ukraine's transformation in the United States.
Report informs, citing RIA Novosti, that the total cost of the plan is $ 277 billion.
The plan consists of 80 projects to be financed from the state budget of Ukraine, international aid, loans, and investments.
The projects cover security, infrastructure, and agriculture.
