US, UK launch series of strikes on Yemen

The US and the UK have carried out a series of massive strikes against targets of the rebel Houthi Ansar Allah movement in western Yemen, Report informs referring to the Al Masirah TV channel.

The coalition forces carried out 17 airstrikes on the territory of Al-Hodeidah province.

The administrative center of the province, several settlements, as well as the port of Ras Isa, located on the shores of the Red Sea, were attacked.

The US and UK carried out at least five more strikes against Houthi targets in Saada province.
