US sets up China Mission Center to `prevent threats’

United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director William Burns announced on Thursday the agency will establish the China Mission Center, Report informs, citing Teletrader.
The center will aim to "further strengthen our collective work on the most important geopolitical threat we face in the 21st century, an increasingly adversarial Chinese government," according to Burns.
In addition, the CIA will create the Transnational and Technology Mission Center and a chief technology officer post.
