US imposes sanctions on two Russian military personnel

The US has imposed sanctions against two Russian military personnel - Armed Forces Colonel Azatbek Omurbekov and Corporal Daniil Frolkin, reads a statement by Secretary of State Antony Blinken, published by the State Department, Report informs referring to RBK.
The secretary of state explained the imposition of sanctions by gross violations of human rights.
According to Washington, Omurbekov is connected with the events in the Ukrainian city of Bucha, and Frolkin - in the village of Andriivka, Kyiv region of Ukraine.
