He states that the bill will be presented after Congress resolves the issue of government funding on March 22.

He also suggests that House Speaker Mike Johnson would support such an initiative.

Previously, it was reported that Michael McCaul had been working on revising a Senate bill assisting Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan for $95 billion to garner Republican support.

He aimed to introduce the bill for financial aid to Ukraine by the end of March or in April.

According to CNN, the new bill will allocate $66 billion for military assistance to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, excluding humanitarian aid, which was part of the Senate package and a priority for many Democrats.
