President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of Albania Edi Rama signed an agreement on friendship and cooperation in Tirana, Report informs, citing the official telegram channel of the Ukrainian president.
“During a meeting with Prime Minister Edi Rama, an agreement on friendship and cooperation between Ukraine and Albania was signed,” Zelenskyy wrote.
Zelenskyy noted that during the negotiations they discussed Ukraine’s defense needs and the possibility of joint production of weapons.
