UK Home Office designates Wagner PMC as terrorist organization

British authorities have added the Wagner PMC to the list of terrorist organizations, Report informs via TASS.

The Russian mercenary organization Wagner Group was designated as a terrorist organization today (September 15) following the introduction of a corresponding decree in Parliament on September 6. The decree comes into force immediately. Belonging to the Wagner Group or its active support will become a criminal offense in the UK with a potential prison sentence of up to 14 years, which may be imposed along with a fine, the Home Office said.
