US ready for dialogue with North Korea: State Department 

Washington has made overtures to Pyongyang and is waiting for a positive response, US State Department spokesman Ned Price said at a briefing, Report informs.

"We remain prepared to meet with North Korea without preconditions, anytime, anywhere," he said, urging North Korea to "respond positively to our outreach."
