Typhoon Lupit heading to Eastern China

China has issued a red alert warning in the city of Fuzhou in China's Fujian province over the torrential downpours. Typhoon Lupit is expected to arrive in the town, Report informs, citing CCTV.
Currently, the epicenter of the typhoon is about 200 km from the coast. The wind speed at the typhoon's center is 18 m / s (classified as a tropical hurricane) and is rising.
The tropical hurricane is heading to northeast at a speed of 13 m/s.
