Saudi King Salman, German Chancellor Merkel discuss G20

King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud and German Chancellor Angela Merkel held a telephone conversation, during which they discussed the work of the G20.
It is noted that the two leaders discussed joint efforts at the G20 meetings aimed at combating the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.
According to the agency, during the conversation, Merkel praised the efforts of Saudi Arabia to prepare and conduct the G20 meetings.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the King of Saudi Arabia discussed the preparation for the G20 meeting by phone.
