Racism is widespread in Europe, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye Numan Kurtulmus said in his speech at the opening of the new academic year of Altınbas University, Report informs.

According to him, this is based on efforts to isolate others: "Islamophobia is one of its manifestations. For example, the burning of the Holy Quran is a clear example of this."
